Many projects start with reasonable design concepts, but fail in the project management.
Especially when conducting projects in existing airport terminals, the methods to plan and execute
the project tasks are extremely different from other projects. An airport terminal is not an industrial facility.
Coordination between the users and operators of the terminal and terminal systems and well planned project phasing,
tie-in planning and rollback preparations are fundamental to avoid problems. This planning requires intensive knowledge
about the technical process and a lot of experience.
